strategy, corporate development, and corporate finance consulting services.
Corporate strategy and finance sectors include software and technology, new media
and internet, cleantech, financial services, energy, green building, and real estate
development. Our private equity fund, New Luna Ventures LP offers seed and early
stage capital in these sectors.

For high net-worth families, we develop family office structures with a deep
understanding of portfolio diversification, tax, legal, and financial controls and
reporting, legacy creation, while offering access to alternative investments.

Our Methodology

EWI employs a proprietary four-phase advisory methodology. Our initial phases
are used to create and assess strategies based on risk-reward analysis and
dynamic qualitative and quantitative due diligence. Qualitative due diligence
includes assessment of numerous factors that are known to increase risk and drag
performance. Quantitative due diligence includes creation and review of project
financials including operating cash needs, expense loads, and projected returns. We
then help clients develop action plans and fill performance gaps.

In subsequent phases, unlike traditional consultancies, we actually implement
growth and financing strategies including securing lead accounts, strategic alliances,
financing partners, and key account sales. We execute mergers and acquisitions
together with our client’s internal team. We monitor operational performance to
enhance our own best practices for future engagements. Finally, we seek to transition
and replace ourselves with long-term internal teams or new hires.
