E-Finance - Developed business market segments strategy; negotiated and closed corporate strategic partnerships, drafted corporate and product positioning documentation for new revenue lines. Assisted CEO with management of venture financing strategy, presentations to investor community and closed investor capital commitments.

Corporate Finance

Oversaw due diligence including financial models and presentation of opportunities to due diligence and Managing Directors and facilitated relationship to deal flow opportunity with #1 California community bank at senior officer level for possible acquisition of distressed debt.
Advised $1B real estate developer specialized in historic high-rise office adaptive re-use. Oversaw development of complex financial model with simulative scenarios, developer pitch package of concept and opportunity; developed joint-venture for stepped sale to JV developer or hotel operator. Result: closed $33M + stepped purchase transaction with spin-out of retail
components to original owner.
Family Office
Private fiduciary to family office. Secured institutional investment opportunities, diversified portfolio, liquidated assets and developed succession plans. Assumed management and P&L responsibility, diversified portfolio of asset classes: real estate, public securities, alternative assets, and private equity holdings. Acted as trustee fiduciary – provided all financial assessment and reporting, legal and accounting oversight. Managed the portfolio, operated real estate, mitigated risks, and executed diversification strategies.
Assumed role as operating General Partner of family office derived of underlying real estate partnership assets:
Developed succession plan for partnership and bought-out co-founder through mediation. Transitioned industrial warehouse estate asset from NNN single tenant to direct management. Substantially grew revenue and sustained top-level growth, including through economic downturn. Developed financial reporting system with CPA.
Assumed leasing oversight for 45,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center located in San Jose. Retained and oversaw leasing broker and/or directly negotiated lease expiration and renewals. Oversaw the development of complex buy-sell financial simulative analysis.
Transitioned legacy partnership, lacking succession plan into internal buyout, including oversight of complex litigation and settlement. Grew revenue more than 7% yearly over year compounded.
Real Estate
